There is also high quality evidence and systematic reviews showing it improves bone strength, mood, libido, urinary and vaginal health, as well as heart health when started before age 60. 1
There is increasing, but conflicting evidence on the benefit in muscle mass and joint health. 1
It is also approved for the prevention of osteoporosis. 1
Lenzetto is a spray form of transdermal oestrogen. A trial showed that spray is just as effective as the patch for control of hot flushes and night sweats. But the patch had more skin irritation than the spray.2
