Lenzetto

Lenzetto is a transdermal estradiol spray approved for managing perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms. High-quality evidence from randomised controlled trials (RCTs), systematic reviews, and meta-analyses supports its efficacy in reducing a range of symptoms:

• Vasomotor symptoms: RCTs and meta-analyses show Lenzetto significantly reduces hot flashes and night sweats, with efficacy comparable to transdermal patches and gels ^1,2
• ‍Sleep & mood: Studies report improved sleep quality and mood with transdermal estradiol spray therapy ^3,4
• ‍Quality of life: Non-interventional and RCT data demonstrate improved menopause-specific quality of life ⁵
• ‍Safety: Meta-analyses confirm good local tolerability and lower thromboembolic risk than oral estrogen ^2,6
